The National Testing Authority is vested with the power to issue admit cards for NEET-UG 2022 exam. Aspirants should be aware that they won't be allowed to take the test without an official NEET admit card. NEET 2022 admit card serves as the primary document that proves the applicant’s eligibility and it must be kept safe till the admission process is completed. It will also serve as a hall ticket at the exam centre and those who fail to show the card will be disqualified from getting into the exam centre and their application will be invalidated.
NEET 2022 exam admit cards are expected to be issued by NTA within the last week of June. The NEET 2022 exam is scheduled to be held on the 17th of July. Typically, it is expected that the NEET admit card, also known as a hall ticket, is issued two weeks prior to the exam, in an online mode. However, the date of the NEET admit card 2022 release has not been announced yet. Candidates who have completed the application process and paid the required fee are qualified to download the NEET admission card for 2022.
The Exam authority (NTA) will release the NEET 2022 admission card in online mode only. Candidates will be able to download the admit card at the website below:

2. NEET NTA Website – www.neet.nta.nic.in
The admit card for NEET 2022 will be accessible on the internet only. Candidates need to follow the steps below to download the admit card:
Step 2: Go to the 'NEET (UG)' Section.
Step 3: Click on the link ''Download NEET (UG) 2022 Admit Card'' on the homepage.
Step 4: Log in to the applicant portal - Enter the application number, date of birth or password and the security pin.
Step 5: Submit your information to access the NEET UG admit card 2022.
Step 6: Download the NEET-UG 2022 admit card and take a printout.
In case any candidate is not able to download the Admit Card for NEET 2022 along with Undertaking, he/she could contact the NTA helpline from 10 AM to 5 PM on 011-40759000 or write an email to the NTA authority e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Candidates should check whether all the details on the downloaded admit card are printed correctly or not. As the details mentioned on the admit card will be matched with the ID card on the exam. If they don’t match, applicants will not be allowed to appear in the exam. Some of the crucial details that need to be checked are given below.
Some instructions are given on the admit card related to printout format, photograph and signature of the parent. It is advised to read them carefully and should be followed by the candidates.
If there is any contradiction regarding the details of the applicant or their signature or photograph on the admit card, candidates can immediately contact the NTA Help Line between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. In these cases, the candidate will appear in the Examination with their already downloaded Admit Card. Then, NTA will take the necessary steps to correct it later.

Candidates should bring an identity card with a valid photo that is issued by authorities of the Central Government or the State, along with their NEET admit card or hall ticket when they enter the center of the examination for verification purposes. If applicants fail to present or show the NEET admission card and photo ID are not permitted to appear for the exam. You must also bring two passport-sized photos to the exam centre. The photo must be identical to the one submitted on the NEET 2022 registration form. The documents that are accepted to verify the application are listed below.
a. The candidate should be aware that Admit Card will not be delivered via post.
b. In no way is the duplicate Admission Card of NEET (UG)-2022 will be issued at the time of the Examination Centres.
c. The applicant must not alter any part of the Admit Card or alter the entry on it.
d. The candidates are encouraged to keep their Admission Card in good order to be able to refer back to it in the future at the time of admission.
e. No Admit Card will be issued to candidates whose applications are found not correct or incomplete for any reason (including photos that are unclear/indecipherable/unsigned applications) or who fail to meet the requirements the eligibility requirements for the exam.
f. The issue of the Admit Card, however, does not necessarily indicate acceptance of eligibility. This will be further scrutinized in subsequent phases of the admissions procedure.
NEET 2022 exam will be conducted in 13 languages in pen and paper mode. The duration of the exam is set as three hours and 20 minutes. 200 Questions will be asked in NEET 2022, out of which candidates have to answer 180 questions. Each question will carry four marks meaning you will score out of 720 marks. Note, that there will be no negative marking for an unattempted question, but students could be penalized 1 mark in case of incorrect answers.
